Jill Brown is a minor character in The Story of Tracy Beaker and Terry's wife.

She first appeared in Bad Peter, when she and Terry were intended to be potential foster parents for Tracy. This ended up not working out well, but they ended up gaining an interest in Peter. He liked them, but thought that he wasn't ready to get fostered yet and so he, by Tracy's advice, started being horrible to them. Thankfully, Tracy told the Browns that Peter had just done what he did at Tracy's advice and so Terry and Jill decided to foster him. Peter soon later moved in with them.
