S.E.T.A (Secret Elm Tree Army) was originally a club set up by Elektra Perkins. It seemed like it was just a little club for some of the kids to be in, but Elektra soon started to turn it into a gang and getting the others to do her dirty work for her. It started out as just a few pranks, but things started to get serious when she ordered for some members to steal money and valuable objects for her.

Upon Elektra's arrival at Elm Tree House, Carmen immediately takes a shine to her. She especially seems admirable of Elektra's blue hair streaks. Therefore, Elektra takes Carmen and Tee up to her bedroom to give them some of her blue streaks, where they decide to form the S.G.C. (Secret Girls Club). The S.G.C. go outside, where Frank is playing football by himself. Elektra commences a match of football: Elektra and Carmen vs. Tee and Frank. After the match, Elektra offers Frank to become a member of the S.G.F. At first, he declines, as he does not want to be in the Secret Girls Club, so Tee changes the name to the S.G.C.A.F. (Secret Girls Club And Frank). This causes Frank to become more interested, so they all go up to the attic and eat curry. Prior to this, Frank and Liam had created a den in the attic, leaving Liam feeling betrayed (especially as him and Elektra were not on good terms). The S.G.C.A.F. go downstairs to the lounge to discuss their newly-founded club, when Johnny discovers that Tee is a member. Being an extremely controlling and over-protective brother, he forbids Tee from being a member. However, Elektra asks him to become a member, as then he can make rules and can't get into any trouble. Toby overhears this conversation, and also becomes a member.
Up in the attic, Elektra decides to start the initiation tests. This confuses the other members, as they thought that they already were official members. The first person to do their initiation test is Frank. Frank has to tamper with the sink. This works, as when Gina walks into the kitchen, she gets the kettle and goes towards the sink to get water, when the tap breaks and sprays Gina with water. Tee and Carmen, despite laughing, get towels and mop up the mess. Elektra looks surprised at this.
After the sink breaking, Johnny runs upstairs to warn Mike about the mayhem downstairs. Mike abandons his vacuum cleaner to help. Johnny removes the vacuum safety catch. Gina goes to vacuum the carpet, when the vacuum explodes.
